Thank you for shopping with Trail Haven. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible throughout South Africa.
1. Shipping Partner
All orders are shipped using Aramex Store to Door or trusted courier partners selected by Trail Haven.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within:
- 1–3 business days
Orders are not processed on:
- weekends;
- public holidays; or
- during unforeseen operational disruptions.
Customers will receive tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time:
- 8–11 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:
- customer location;
- courier operations;
- weather conditions;
- public holidays;
- high order volumes; or
- circumstances beyond our control.
Rural or remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
4. Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, Trail Haven cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Trail Haven shall not be held liable for:
- courier delays;
- failed delivery attempts;
- strikes;
- customs or transport disruptions;
- weather-related delays;
- lost profits;
- indirect damages; or
- delays caused by incorrect customer information.
Customers acknowledge that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed deadlines.
Nothing in this clause limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act.
5. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete.
Trail Haven will not be responsible for:
- delays;
- failed deliveries; or
- additional shipping charges
caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
6. Tracking Orders
Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS where available.
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking information.
7. Delivery Issues
If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within:
- 48 hours of delivery
where reasonably possible.
Customers may be asked to provide:
- photographs;
- proof of damage; and
- order details.
8. Lost or Stolen Parcels
Trail Haven is not liable for parcels that are:
- lost after confirmed delivery;
- stolen after delivery confirmation; or
- accepted by another person at the delivery address.
Customers should ensure that delivery addresses are secure and accessible.
